Evolution of the Poppies Canvas Painting into a Mixed Media canvas

 So I had alot of fun painting these poppies after the Acrylic Paints I didn't like it.

So...

I added Pan Pastels to the flower first..

Then around the flowers.

But it still wasn't perfect...

So... what to do!   I mixed Media Art Journal It.

Out came the rubber stamps - stencils - Washi tape - Modeling Paste - Packing tape - bubble Wrap and paint brush.

I can't tell you if it's done yet - but it's for sure getting closer!!

Scrapbooking Weekend... September 2012 - Hammer Surf Camp

So did a weekend scrapbooking event - and had a blast - and got so much done..

I got to scrap the photos from the summer - where my amazing daring daughter Nicole learned to surf

At the Jersey Shore - taught by amazing people at Hammer Surf Camp.

I got paper from Michaels not sure the name that I'm not sure of the name - it looks like Handmade paper.

I backed them all with Stamping Up Blue Paper (not sure the color) this was done way before I was ever thinking about a blog...
